Should I buy OEM Insite or ebay insite?

Is it also giving you the PC ID ? I may be wrong but think you are suppose to give this PC ID to the vendor who sold you the Insite and he will give you the key or password needed.

It is asking for a pc id.. thank you for replying ..
So .. the seller should provide this id number ..?
