I had missed that part. WHAT A MESS!. Nothing like knocking a very nice VG turbo setup that improves fuel and power efficiency by leaps and bounds into the dirt by removing it and replacing it with most likely some total garbage.

BAD TUNING AND ENGINE BUTCHERING FOR SURE!. - Put that VG back on it so you can make it run right again.
