Replaced 1 fuel and 1 timing actuators chase an idle surge when cold and just after getting off the freeway and parking.

Metering looked ok apart some scoring on the part that goes into coil.

But timing had a piece stuck to the plate 1/2. Piece shown in picture. Also scoring/polishing on this one to

So is this piece suppose to seperate also I could spin the round part in the magnet plate
