RE: Proper RPM for PTO operation I would say reduce it by 25%, that would give you 1000 instead of 750 and 1250 instead of 1000 . It's been awhile since I played with wet kits but if I remember right they were 1-.75,1-1and 1-1.25.that was on the end dumps though. That's just what I would do....
