If you live edited the load based speed stuff you might wanna go back an check it, it's probably not saved in the ecm unless you edited a call an downloaded it too the ecm.

I also should have added the more closed the vgt is at idle the more the motor has too work too fight the back pressure burning more fuel then needed. It's great for warming up the motor quicker but at the cost of some fuel.
