Just looking back at what you originally posted, I'm curious what your truck setup is. Day cab with or without air dam on the roof. Pulling a flatbed or van trailer. What size tires are you running and what brand? How often are you loaded heavy 50% or 100% of the miles driven?

Also with Insite, you can check what the CPL # is in the ECM. See if its the same as the one on the side of the valve cover. Also check your calibration number. Post what they are here. Maybe you need an update or you may have the wrong calibration.
