Maybe open up the valve cover and do overhead, inspect cam and rollers. Check dpf/regen history to see how the level of soot it has. Check injector behind turbo to see how clogged it is, check def injector and the can where it sprays the def for any crystallized particles. Check for any oil leaks, on the side of motor, tranny, wheels seals. Check any air leaks, check brakes. List goes on and on.
