My Bunk A/C not working at all no air

My experience with the rear AC not blowing is a failed blower motor, they seem to fail every 18 months or so. I have only replaced the resistor once, preventative measure, it still worked and still does. And I always remove the blower motor and bench test to double check. Mine is very easy to get too in the side box, three screws and a plug and it is out.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PART NUMBERS

You also have an air filter back there, it sits in front of the blower motor on the air intake under the bunk. That needs to be replaced on a regular basis. It is the same size as the one in your fresh air intake on your front AC system under the hood. I like to replace every oil change, they get nasty pretty quick depending on where you run or if you smoke. If the bunk one has never been changed, that may have or could, burn up your blower motor. You would be surprised at how many guys do not know that filter is back there. The blower motor sucks it right in when it no longer filters and destroys the blower motor.

There are two sizes on the filters, a larger filter for ProStars from 2006 - 2010, yours will take the smaller filter, 2011 to present. Again, check your part numbers.

I believe this is the filter your truck uses, again, there are two of them, one in front, and one in back. Check your part numbers.
