RE: Running cylinder tests If you want to be more comprehensive about it then ... Adjust all the valves and injectors, then do the bubble test, then the cut-out test. - for all you know, the thing might be leaking a bit of fuel into more then one cylinder during the tests. If it is hard to turn the engine by hand, then it will also not want to run on one cylinder at a time... -- If there is a lot of friction in the cylinders due to carbon buildup/packing in the rings or when the engine is newly inframed.
