RE: C15 6nz Inframe time (08-18-2019 )Unilevers Wrote: the {name removeed} steel liners are no joke and good stuff. They are hands down tougher and ductile than standard cast iron - we have been using steel on cats for a long time now and im never going back to cast liners again. that being said at modest HP levels no it probably isnt going to gain alot out of it but there is no reason to not as they dont have any reduced service life. Unileversssss just the man I was trying to get attention from! Hahaha sweet nothings Mate I’m glad you posted this reply thanks heaps! Few more questions should we use the crevice seal design liner or just go standard? Just spoke to them and they don’t have steel liners for the Cat engines only for the ISX. The standard kits include cast liners and articulated 2 piece pistons will that be ok or go 1 piece steel? Only running 550hp. Thanks mate | |||
