That is not the cummins part#. In the pic you provided though,.. it is there .. it is very faded, located below the set of numbers u mentioned. Yours is the 561 model housing, 3682614? (hard to see but this is what it reads). That elbow is the one commonly found on trucks like my Prostar... A 561 with its alternate impeller, not a typical 551.

Here is a Typical 551 elbow pipe (3684026)... (this is the most common one). they are found on pete's and other trucks with larger, more free-flowing CAC units. ...
   

And here is the one that typically belongs to the not-so-common 561 with its alternate impeller ... They are common on internationals.

I have seen guys go from the 551 to the 561 because it has bigger housing and elbow, thinking they can get some gains out of it. -- Everyone I have seen try this, they ended up loosing fuel mileage and had to eventually switch back. - Its funny though how it works so well on a Prostar and small tier engines though. I am thinking it was designed to be optimized when using slightly restrictive CAC units? -- Just a guess.


just some thoughts .. Not sure about the Cm870 and its turbo options. It may be different.
