Sounds like a broken wire in the engine harness to me causing an open circuit FMI5 fault code. Also those pins at the Delta P connector are notorious for fretting over time and being loose and not creating good contact. usually when doing those sensors and other sensors like the Exhaust Gas Pressure I recommend getting a new sensor and pigtail connector or the pins to replace inside the connector.
