2011 Intl Prostar Sleeper Blend Door Actuator

My sleeper HVAC temperature control doesn't work. Checked the resistance at temp knob while turning it from cold to hot and it was good. Replaced the sleeper air door actuator new part

Does anyone know what these two pins are for? I checked the voltage and it doesn't show any. I think there could be bad wires somewhere, any ideas ? Maybe someone fixed their sleeper temp regulator already and knows the solution, please help
