RE: Cm2250 and CM2350 EGR Tune-up I've been researching for a few part numbers on different sensors so I could record them for future reference. As I'm reading, a question popped in my head about the IMAP.... I understand they cannot be effectively cleaned. Hell, why wouldn't you just replace it for such a small cost overall? However, I have a question for the de-man guys out there.... - With a proper deman, egr crossover block, or egr block completely, would the IMAP still get sooted up? If so, where would the source be? In theory, once the egr would be pulled from the equation, wouldn't the intake manifold stay clean? I would assume there should not be any soot introduced back into the intake after the proper measures were taken. | |||
