RE: 2010 VOLVO W/ISX450 yes, it is due for a rod and main bearing set. Overhead valve adjustments should be done every 250k miles. If it has been that long or longer, it is well due for that too. Crank shaft damper is well due to be replaced as well to prevent excess vibration, wiring and ecm problems, etc. too the list is actually long for things that should be done for both the engine and the truck overall as it reaches 800k miles.
