I am not sure how I mixed this up..... under testing the fuel pump it tells you to check the pressure where I did here.....

Well I've got between 200 and 300, although its sporadic, which may be because the trucks running like shi#t!

I've been measuring the fuel pressure up at the pump itself. Maybe I'm a idiot here lol. Fuel sensor in the morning to start I thinks. Wont solve my running rough issue but itll narrow down where I need to look.
