Pulled doc and dpf. Doc almost completely face plugged and dpf actually not that bad. Got them cleaned and reassembled. Found small leak on bellows between fuel doser and aftertreatment and replaced that bellows. Hard to believe this thing was not generating any fault codes. Ran regen and temps jumped up pretty fast and completed its regen close to 40 minutes. No smoke and everyone is happy.
