Outside air temp fault code

But insite says 5.19 volts, which is too high. I followed the troubleshooting steps, but it didn’t help. Temp on dash is correct. Insite shows 72 (default). Truck only has one sensor-2010 Peterbilt. Any ideas? Thanks

1 Bad ground to the sensor, bad sensor.
2 ECM or other module sensor connected with sensor input circuit.
