| RE: only pulling fuel from one tank Check to make sure the crossover valve for the right tank is open. Had a similar issue when I had a clutch replaced. Mine were up above the transmission near the tail, and had levers to open and close both from the drivers side under the cab. May have to wiggle under the truck and look around.
