, can you elaberate?

I suppose at this point that You have no idea how much of a nightmare that just about ALL delete programming really is. - Nothing but brain butchers out there.

here is where your education begins: http://rawze.com/forums/showthread.php?t...5#pid13255

Almost every single person that comes on here with a de-mandated truck ... has bad delete programming... even though most of them will swear there is nothing wrong. it is just the reality of the situation as such in trucking... most people who get that type of work have no absolute clue how big of a plague it really is.

- Personally... If I owned it, then I would have been seeking getting at least the VG turbo back on it. That VG turbo is that very thing that sets the correct fuel-air-mix on these ISX engines and anyone who would be quick to put that after-marketed garbage turbo on it, is in fact a complete fool.

NEXT: there are very few.... and I mean very, very, very few people (only about 3 on the north American-continent) that know enough about that CM870 engine computer to know that one of the problems that your likely fighting is this one that is mentioned here recently here with someone else...
http://rawze.com/forums/showthread.php?t...4#pid64964

Just seems lately that this plague on CM870's in particular is cumming back.. just like when those engines were first released and people had those same issues when they tried to de-mandate them. - What a joke!

It is not rocket science... how long you think it would take me to figure out!>??.. about a damn day.. that's how long. I would have put the S$it back right, replaced the intake pressure and exhaust pressure sensors if they are more than couple years old, and programmed the ecm properly, instead of some half-baked garbage that any shop can steal off the internet... and then did some testing for correct pressures, correct fuel flow, etc.etc.tc... and solved it.

- The alternative is taking it to Haggais in Griffin,GA and having him help you with it. - He has all the stuff to do the same thing that I would have done to it, and is an ISX specialist as well... and if it stumps him,.. you can bet that I would pop over there and show him the light.

- You mentioned a whole lot of stuff being replaced,.. but nothing towards any data or measurements of fuel pressures, or other information related to what the ecm is doing or what is in control of the fuelling while engine is under operating loads. Implies a whole lot of playing poke-and-go-guessing and blind mans bluff instead of proper testing and solving it.
