I cleaned the egr valve myself and it wasnt stuck, the imap, egr diff psi sensor and exhaust back psi sensor as well as the differential pressure sensor on the dpf was replaced. Ports were cleaned out, "blown out" "sucked out" The egr side was in fact sooty but it should be... Could kenworth have made a mistake with passing a failed dpf filter to me??? We had a truck do a similar issue and I said "fu k it" and replaced the dpf with a new filter after the previous filter was "cleaned by kenworth" and that truck has not thrown any issues since... Gotta keep in mind these trucks are so abused by the long idle times. We have a few trucks with more hours then miles do to long idle times in the oil fields. | |||
