That statement does not make any kind of actual sense.

Also, the higher the torque settings, the shorter the lifespan of the engine will be. -- BETTER SPEC'D REARS are the answer to slinging around heavy loads, NOT TORTURING THE ENGINE WITH HIGH TORQUE AT LOW RPM's.
