Sounds like an experiment I would like to take part in. I have done it a few times on S60's, N14, C15, and countless Harley's, but not an ISX yet.
If you do it yourself, please post a write up on it...

Most my work has been on gas engines mostly. I have done some work on Audi 5 cylinder diesels. I have a engine tilt bar for pulling motors I think would work perfect for that
