RE: CM871 fuel pressure delivery Something that is all to often overlooked by good and bad mechanics. This can cause exactly this problem.. You said this is a 2009 so that means it has many many years and many gallons of fuel going through those rubber fuel lines. These lines can look and feel just fine from the outside while inside they as spongy and weak and can actually be collapsed just by the suction of the fuel pump... It's a good practice to replace all fuel lines and tank breathers after 500K Second I have had a truck do this very thing as well Literally ran perfect when the owner pulled it into the shop but then would not start on its own, ran like crap when we started it with either and when we shut it off and immediately tried to restart, it wouldn't start. Come to find out that there was a hairline crack in the IFSM on it's back side. User's Signature: 08 KW W900L 600hp ISX, 18sp, 3:36 rears. | |||
