Start watching with rawze's egr tune up videos.
You need to replace your sensors:Imap, delta egr, exhaust pressure, delta dpf. If never replaced before will covered by carbon and shows bad readings to ecm. Thats why you getting those check engine light.
Is the oil consumption normal now since your engine is inframed? How often you were changing your oil?
