Does the right-side fuel tank have shutoff valves, try blocking off the return to the right-side fuel tank and opening the return line on the left-side tank and driving it for a short distance. It should force the obstruction wherever it is pressure from a stuck shutoff or gunk from the fuel lines. Unless it is a fuel pickup issue. Either way check inside your tank after you're done for any junk that shouldn't be there..
