2014 CM2350 Emissions Issue

Hello, I have a 2014 International 9900 with the CM2350 have been dealing with parked regen issues and a few times requiring forced regens. truck has been to multiple dealers who have changed some sensors but still not fixed. sometimes truck will run a few weeks without issues. this week went into shutdown code 1922 dealer supposedly did a force regen to get the truck home for me to look at. 120 miles later driver did a parked regen. 200 miles later another parked regen. then after that he loaded and drove 1000 miles home with no issues. I am going through the diagnostics but asking if anyone has seen this issue before that would speed things up a bit.
Current active codes that dealer pulled are 1922, 2754, 4616, 5319, 5397,1144,1145 these all have only 1 active count each. and 1921 with 2 inactive counts.
