The only thing I was able to diagnose was inj 3 failed test 1 during performance test. Cutout didn't really show anything, and leakdown was around 700-800 psi over several minutes. Try monitoring the fuel pump control actuator commanded vs measured along with fuel rail pressure. Look for spikes in the measured fca that correspond with dips in the rail pressure.
