RE: 05 CM870 That might have a solenoid on the firewall that then sends signal to starter I would check that. If you have power at the starter signal wire on starter solenoid when in crank position it's the starter solenoid at the starter if not work your way back. [/quote] It doesn't have that ive seen it mostly on older trucks but the starter has something like that on top of the solenoid.The red wire on top of it is where i actually bridge it from. You can view the image i attached so yeah i did find that solenoid on the passenger side. found this wire just hanging there. did not screw it back on because i dont know whats going on. I cleaned up the area but nothing change. I found a 20 amp fuse which wasn't blow for that solenoid. see attached image, thats befor area was cleaned | |||
