A black 9 pin is all 250k and a green 9 pin has 500k. Also if it was a vecu truck you can't use ESA at all you have to use Davie. its a black connector, so 250k, yes it has a cecu and I can connect to it with esa, they were saying the engine software ay be looking for a vecu because it was a 2024, although it was reflashed to work so Im unsure.
