RE: Cm871 timing? NOTE: 8 n_m = 71 INCH-LBS.. (not ft-lbs)/... I hope someone did not try to crank those injector set screws to 70 ft-lbs. It would severely damage the injectors. As far as boos changing by that much.. it can be a lot of things since you took things all apart. things like... == turbo out of calibration. == boost leaks. == collapsed CAC boot. == missing plug in underside of the head. == missing block-plate(s) at intake or between manifold and egr cooler, if it is de-mandated. == cracked CAC from taking it in/out. == exhaust or intake restriction(s) due to various circumstances. == getting air in fuel, or fuel restrictions. == slipped cam. == incorrect head vs ser#. the list is long.
