CM870 ECM AND TURBO PROBLEMS

if the ecm is the same part# that the engine calls for, then it will be fine. It can be re-programmed.

as far as the turbo goes... put it back factory with the controller, and the VGT.

When it comes time to re-program it ... get with forum member 'running rough'. He specializes in the older CM870's particularly, and does proper programming work that has been reviewed by myself and others many times around here. Forum member 'Bangy88' has also been doing 870's lately too, and is another person that is trustworthy with the programming.

hopefully, it was inframed properly... here is what should have been done to it during the inframe. Anything less and it will not last long...
