CAN communication errors MX-13 epa13

So i managed to finally clear the codes without them
Coming back instantly, this happened after resodering the broken ground and testing the ohms on connector. while they were cleared for a decent time they reappeared again, only with the service light no check engine this time, by the time truck had returned and i scanned it, the codes were all inactive, this time the same codes were on the scan including all these related specifically to the EGR and BPV(see image below) the BPV codes were all the same as the EGR ones. Any clue what I should look at next?
