Sorry, been a few days since I gave an update. I did find it was actually located ON the starter. Tucked to the block side, so was unable to actually see it without knowing it was there. Anywho, I found that my issue was in the oem harness. Ran an overlay and we're back truckin!

If you know the spot where it went bad, can you post a pic or 2 of where that was?... maybe it helps someone in the future.

thats the issue lol, I wasn't able to find it. I did know about a 10 foot span of where it went wrong, so I was able to run my overlay from there.
