Hey, I get some smoke in the morning and it smells like fuel. So I check out of curiosity and I’m getting command at idle 11,509 and measured 11,470

Its not your fuel pressure ... do an injector leak test exactly like this video shows.. find out hat the leak rate is...

Just did it and in 60 seconds it dropped 300psi
