2016 lonestar tune issue

Turbo {after-market fixed vane}

I pull rail containers I was averaging 5.7 mpg till my turbo took a dump had a new turbo installed and I believe the mechanic that replaced it in VA messed with my tune. Truck runs like a champ pulls hills like nothing but unfortunately the mpg has suffered and I believe I have a bad tune not fit for my engine spec. If anyone could help me out over team viewer I have everything to get connected and make adjustments if need be.
