2350 Jake Solenoid

Replaced 2 injectors today and decided to fire it up before putting the rocker cover on to check for oil leaks. Ever since the truck was overhauled my oil pressure has been off bout 3-5psi from what I’m used to. Noticed while truck was running the front Jake solenoid is leaking pretty good. The rear maybe half as bad. I’m assuming they shouldn’t be leaking correct? Truck has been having intermittent Jake issues lately as well. They kinda stutter from time to time and or don’t fully engage. Would this be enough for the 3-5 psi difference.
