Wow..... your CAC will need replaced because it's going to have a lot of aluminum debris in it, make sure you replace it with original OEM parts not aftermarket.

It's possible some of that debris got into cylinder 6 and wreaked some havoc causing it to smoke. You could pull #6 injector and look in the bore with a scope. I would also loosen all the valve train up and pressurize the entire engine with 35 psi to see if there's valve damage.
