RE: New EPA rules
- I know someone that got a recall notice with bold red lettering all over it for their nissan pickup (with red engine) today in the mail. It essentially says immediate recall .. to take it to nearest stealers$it due to CARB and they need to 'make it more secure' via ecm recall and updates.

That vehicle is paid for, it does not have to adhere to that absolute bulls$it. As far as the owner is concerned, they said that nisaan can pry that ecu out of their cold de&^%ad hands.

I guess someone somewhere finally figured out that the (diesel version) nissan engines were not locked out, and were wide open for anyone to do anything they want with them, unlike the dodge pickups were. I guess they now want to go back and retroactively fix this...lol.
