RE: New EPA rules The Germans(would prefer the other not so nice word) have been strict on car modifications to the point it looks at them wrong or isn't certified to their standards, they will fail the TUV inspection either on renewal or roadside. Edit: incorrectly said MOT which is British, not German TUV | |||
