ISL9 CM2350 EGR issue

I maintain a fleet of fire trucks that are exempt but ordered with the epa crap on them. Most have been demandated by the only person I use to do any tunes, one of our members. Now to the issue at hand. I have a demandated truck that has a failed egr cooler and I'm looking for information if anybody knows who makes the custom egr exhaust block off plates. To be more exact, the exhaust coming into the egr and going out. I have the fire truck down right now for a head gasket issue, non related, and want it fixed right. I found one company that offers them for the CM2150 but unsure if they work on the CM2350 models. I usually deal with the ISX and X15's but have been having to deal with the ISL, ISC, and ISB more lately and my usual sources dont make what I need. Thanks in advance for all the help.
