RE: ISB 6.7 CM2150 problem So I was looking at this again with Insite. Everything is still the same with the following observations: RPM's will not go above 1100, engine sputters and stumbles, but will go back to idling great. Grey smoke mostly on acceleration. Intake manifold pressure still at 0.0inHg 0.63v. Does not change Fuel rail pressure will not go above 19k, except it goes to 24k on leakage test Fuel pump actuator - position Closed. Current stays 1375mA drops to 1250mA upon acceleration Turbo Commanded equals Measured - 31% to 65%max Turbo Actuator Position Sensor Voltage always 0v Turbo Compressor IAT sensor stays at 2.13v only Turbo rpm up to 19k down to 6594 steady Engine oil pressure 0v but gauge works No boost (you can hold your hand over the outlet and it will not push your hand away) I have done the following: Changed turbo actuator, realigned gear, and calibrated with Insite Disassembled turbo, cleaned everything thoroughly, and made sure vane ring and lever moves freely. Compressor spins great Drained fuel and installed new filters New IAT Demandated everything and properly tuned Insite tests: Cutout test fine. All cylinders will reduce RPM approx 50rpm upon cutout Cylinder performance test all pass EFC Actuator override test - position open Am I missing something or do I just need to throw some money at it with a new turbo? Thx! | |||
