my #1 thing that I look for with multiple dtc's is battery connections and proper voltage to sensors, check diagram to see if the sensors share a common 5 volt from the ecm. for example on the isb 6.7 and 5.9 in the connon rail ram trucks'a bad fan clutch can cause a crank no start and multiple dtc's because it shares a 5 volt reference with the rail pressure sens map and intake air temp sens
