Do you have c@lterm installed and config file for 2450 ecm?

First you need to make ecm template (back up parameters) using in site.

If you have time and can then this reading will help too:

Thanks for the reply mikkhh. I do have calterm installed, not sure about the configuration file. I may have this sorted out. Had an acquaintance of a pilot friend that came out that is a retired engineer from Cummins. Nice guy at first but then a lot of swearing and made me feel like the time I was 5 and got caught stealing candy from the local A&P grocery store.

Mileage pen to paper is way up. 6.5 last trip…tanker. Lot of wind and some pretty good pulls at 80k. That’s one way loaded, one way empty over 500 miles. Fuel air mix seems a lot better, not burning dirty and being obvious. Previously when it was off, at 16psi boost I was getting 3.5 miles per gallon. Now that meter rating doesn’t happen till 32psi..which is understandable since its full power. This truck with 290k on it now is actually working better now than it was when I bought it as a repo with 110k. Might actually begin to like it finally.

Definitely need to take the time to educate myself a lot more, so I appreciate you pointing out the link.

Rawze when I get a chance to I’d still like to send you a copy of the ECM for a second opinion.
