CM 2250 clutch replacement

Clutch brake disc is a separate unit from the clutch itself.

It can be cut out and then replaced with one that is designed to be installed in place without pulling tranny. Some are designed like a handcuff so to speak, while others are 2 piece.

Cutting out it with a long sharp chisel on a air hammer (carefully so that the tranny input shaft does not get scarred).

Back in the day, I wold take a torch and cut the old one out but that is not wise... these days, I use a good air chisel with a good hard long bit, cutting it on 2 sides then taking it off gently with hand tools.
