X15 Oil Temp

I have an X15, 565, 2050 tq engine with 4.30 rears. I’m typically grossing 175,000 lbs up to 250,000 lbs occasionally. I can’t seem to keep my oil temp at what I would consider “normal”. It regularly reaches 240 degrees and occasionally 245 degrees depending on the circumstances. Kenworth dealer that I purchased the truck from says it’s normal. Is this actually normal or is my concern valid? Truck only has 30,000 miles on it. I service every 10,000 miles with a syn blend. Is {after-garbage branded oil coolers} all it’s cracked up to be? Are there any other options to get the temp down? I’m worried about the upcoming summer heat.
