You mention deleted and oil temps high. These two might be connected - former causing latter.

Was the delete done by somebody who can be trusted and knows what he or she is doing?

Have you pulled file from ecm and sent it over for a review? It would be the absolute first thing to do before replacing wiring harnesses, injectors or tearing into engine itself.
