Raw CM2250

Got a question out of curiuosty. This is a cm2250 built with no emission in a T909 in Australia. What if you you convert a regular 2250 with the old turbo as this one and block egr and dpf and use the file from the pre emmision eng. Or maybe internals are slighty different.What would happen?
