ISB 6.7 CM2150 problem

Rawze, you were right on the money! I didn't loosen up the turbo, but I did remove the intake horn and there it was! The grid heater was completely blocked with soot! Got it all cleaned and vacuumed out and now it runs like a raped ape! Should I be worried about soot in the intercooler, or is that not usually a problem? (I realize that the EGR system was the culprit, but some soot was going through the intercooler also)
