as far as ECM, that is between you and running rough.

As far as having dealers%it flash it back, you can take ecm off the engine and bring it to the same OEM dealers$it for that make/model truck. No need for them to see whole truck/engine. Tell them some idiot put trash programming in it before you purchased it, and now you want it back to factory programming that belongs in it.
